Business Development - Orange County
Grand Services is expanding its presence in the Orange County market and is seeking a driven Business Development professional to support that growth. You will identify and pursue new commercial opportunities, build relationships with property managers, facility directors, general contractors, and ownership groups, and represent the GRAND standard to prospective clients across the region.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Orange County commercial, hospitality, and residential markets
- Build and maintain relationships with property managers, facility directors, GCs, and ownership groups
- Conduct site visits, assess surface service needs, and prepare proposals
- Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Represent Grand Services at industry events, trade associations, and networking functions
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in construction, facilities, or building services
- Established network in the Orange County commercial real estate or property management sector preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a pipeline independently
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Familiarity with architectural or specialty surface services is a plus
Metal Craftsman
We are seeking experienced metal surface specialists to join our growing team. You will work on architectural metalwork across commercial, hospitality, and residential properties — including polishing, restoration, coating, and protective finishing of stainless steel, brass, bronze, and aluminum surfaces.
Responsibilities
- Surface assessment and preparation of architectural metals
- Polishing, buffing, and restoration of stainless steel, brass, bronze, and aluminum
- Application of protective coatings and sealants
- Coordination with project managers and on-site teams
- Adherence to GRAND quality standards on every project
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in architectural metal finishing or restoration
- Knowledge of metal surface types and appropriate treatment methods
- Ability to work at heights and in occupied buildings
- Valid California driver's license
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
Stone Craftsman
We are looking for skilled stone surface technicians with hands-on experience in the care and restoration of natural and engineered stone. You will work on marble, granite, travertine, limestone, and porcelain surfaces across a range of high-end properties throughout Southern California.
Responsibilities
- Honing, polishing, and restoration of natural and engineered stone
- Crack repair, chip filling, and surface leveling
- Application of sealers and stain-resistant treatments
- Grout cleaning, recoloring, and replacement
- Documentation of surface conditions and treatment outcomes
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in stone restoration or tile and stone installation
- Familiarity with diamond tooling, wet polishing, and crystallization
- NTCA membership or equivalent industry training preferred
- Strong attention to detail and surface quality
- Ability to work in commercial and occupied residential environments
Wood Craftsman
We are seeking experienced wood surface specialists to handle finishing, restoration, and protective treatment of architectural woodwork. Projects range from hardwood floors and paneling in luxury residences to millwork and cabinetry in Class A commercial interiors.
Responsibilities
- Sanding, staining, and finishing of hardwood floors and architectural millwork
- Restoration of worn, damaged, or discolored wood surfaces
- Application of lacquers, oils, waxes, and protective coatings
- Color matching and grain blending on repair work
- Maintaining clean, professional job sites in occupied spaces
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in wood finishing, floor refinishing, or millwork restoration
- Proficiency with hand tools and power equipment
- Knowledge of wood species, grain characteristics, and finish compatibility
- Eye for color matching and surface consistency
- Reliable, punctual, and professional on client properties
